Roshan Gonsalves sdb MUMBAI, JUNE 29, 2009: The wave of excitement and sensation is all over Shelter Don Bosco, Vadala as SSC boys have done outstandingly well in their board exams. Their hard work and consistency in their studies has borne sweet fruit at the end. From among the six boys who appeared for the exam five have cleared in the first attempt. Arjun Singh, the topper, scored 74%, Shahul 70%, Vikas and Vivek secured 66% whereas Iqbal scored a modest 42%. However Jayesh couldn’t get through mathematics and is determined to work more hard and clear it. The celebrations are on in Shelter with ice cream and pav bhaji parties. These successful boys are become an inspiration for all the shelter boys. The enthusiasm will last long as all the confreres of the house led by the Rector, Fr. William Falcao, are personally looking into their studies.
