WADALA, OCTOBER 13, 2010: The Under-17 and Under-14 handball teams of St. Joseph’s High School, Wadala, once again did their school proud by winning the Mumbai City Division title at the District level.

They won the finals of the DSO handball tournament held on October 7, 2010 at Panchagani ground, Dadar. Both the teams played their finals against their arch rivals, Don Bosco, Matunga, and won by a convincing margin thus proving their superiority in this field of sport yet again. As the District champions, they now go on to defend their title in the forthcoming divisional matches.
In the DSO basketball tournament, our u-14 and u-17 teams went down fighting in the semi-finals against Don Bosco, Matunga and Cathedral respectively.
We congratulate our teams and commend the hard work and the efforts of our coaches Raj, Raju and Somnath. Awaiting an encore in the tournaments that follow!
