BORIVILI, JULY 9, 2011: The entrance of Bosco Boys Home had a welcome note which read, “Glad to have you Dear Fathers".  On July 7, 2011 the Provincial and his team visited Bosco Boys Home at 10.00 am. Fr. Michael Fernande’s, Provincial, Fr. Ajoy Fernande's, Vice Provincial and Fr. Elson Baretto, Economer were welcomed by Fr. Anthony Santarita, Rector/Director, Fr. Bastin Thomas, Administrator, Fr. Egidius Falcao, Catechist, Br. Michael and Br. Richard Burkhaow.
The day started with the morning tea and then followed by the visit of the entire campus. Fr. Anthony Santarita along with Fr. Michael Fernande's visited the work shops and the class rooms. Fr. Anthony also introduced the Development, MoRD (Ministry of Rural Development) and the Sankalp (Accenturte/ITC) team. Fr. Provincial and his team spent some time with the Hotel Management Students as it was also a Day of certification. Fr .Anthony then showed the site of the new Automobile work shop which is under construction and put forward his plans of improvement. After visiting the work shops the Provincial and his team met the Confreres. They then gathered for lunch in the refrectory.
Fr. Anthony Santarita on behalf of all the Fathers and Brothers thanked Fr. Provincial, Fr. Ajoy, and Fr. Elson for their visit to Bosco Boys Home.
