BORIVLI, AUGUST 16, 2011: To commemorate our sixty fifth year of Independence, a short but inspiring programme was put up by the secondary section. The theme chosen for the event was “Be Responsible” and was presided by Rev. Fr. Rosario Vaz.
The event began with our Chief Guest hoisting the national flag followed by an inspiring speech. The attitude of ‘taking our state for granted’ was very beautifully projected through a short skit. A video emphasizing the same was also presented. Our primary tots danced away to glory on a patriotic number swelling our hearts with national pride.
Fr. Vaz concluded the assembly with a befitting speech on how we can be responsible.
