Patrick Corda

BORIVLI, NOVEMBER 28, 2011: Who says that dreams do not come true, Don Bosco used to dream and his dreams came true. We want all students at Bosco Boys Home to dream and we believe that St. Don Bosco will make it come true.

Marginalised students of MoRD three months ago came to Mumbai to learn a trade and to seek a job. Today BBH is privileged to provide these students with a job not only in Mumbai but also in Pune, Nashik, and Nagpur. Some of these students are also provided one time meal and accommodations with their jobs the highest salary being paid is Rs. 8000, so far we had three hundred and seventy three students who came from different districts of Maharashtra in theses four batches that we conducted, out of which two hundred and fifteen were provided with a job the rest wanted to pursue in their studies.

Shailesh Barat and Ananta Pawar are two students of Batch-4 who have been appointed by Cafe Coffe Day on November 15, 2011 with a salary of Rs. 6744/- they are happy and feel blessed that they took the right decision in coming to Bosco Boys Home to undergo the training in Hospitality, with these students there are other fifty two students from Automobile, and Welding, sections who also feel the same as they have joined their respective work place.

The Director of BBH Fr. Anthony Santarita always saw that these students were provided the best during their training in BBH, and always motivated them to take the advantage of what the institute was providing them, he told them that Don Bosco cared for the youth and will always work for the youth who are underprivileged.
