TEACHERS’ DAY CELEBRATION
YERWADA-PUNE, SEPTEMBER 08,2012: On the occasion of Teachers Day, during the last two periods on September 04 , matches were held at Don Bosco High School, 
Staff vs Students. It was fun filled and joyous moment for the staff and students.
September 05 was celebrated as Teachers Day. After the assembly a common prayer service was held, thanking God for the dedicated services rendered by the staff. The students in the class along with the PTA representatives had a class celebration. A citation was read out by the students followed by floral tribute. The PTA felicitated the staff during the recess, with words of gratitude, flowers and a token.
The school and Junior college met in the school hall for a common programme. The programme comprised of song dance and speech by the students in groups V-VII, VIII-X and Junior College and Senior College.
Fr. Anton, Fr. Principal and Fr. Issu, all of them appreciated the pains taking efforts of the staff for moulding the students to face the challenges in the present day situation in the world and also thanked them for their co-operation in building up the lives of the new and very dynamic generation of twentyfirst century.
The staff was treated with an Exotic lunch at Exotica.
