BORIVLI-MUMBAI, JULY 29, 2013: Don Bosco Junior College, conducted an orientation program for parents on Saturday 27th July, 2013. The program was hosted by one of the 
students Cecilia. The program started at with a prayer song followed by the welcome song which was performed by the students. The principal Fr. George Carlos introduced the management and staff to the parents. The Rector Fr.William Falcao addresses the gathering speaking about youth centric education, cooperative system and also about planning to have Degree College in future. Later the Administrator Fr.Baptist Monterio introduced Don Boscov to the parents and gave an insight about his life and mission. The co-ordinator Mrs. Santha Thomas introduced the teaching staff followed by a power point presentation. Fr. George Carlos gave all present an insight of the day-to-day functioning of the college. There was also a selection of parent teacher association members held on the same day. An entertainment program was organised for all by the students, they performed melodious songs and beautiful dances. Miss Carmin Frenandes presented the vote of thanks. The program ended with the national anthem.
