A short prayer service was conducted based on the theme 'Journeying with Don Bosco'. The various themes related to Don Bosco's system were highlighted during the prayer service. The Principal Fr. Carlos addressed the assembly thanking the benefactors, past Salesians, staff members as well as the present Salesian staff and teachers, for all the efforts put in by them in carrying out different activities. He also thanked the outgoing principal Fr. Lorenzo for all the efforts put in by him to maintain a high level of standard. The Rector Fr. Solomon introduced the new members of the management and staff to the assembly.
The programme ended with the vote of thanks by Fr. Solomon after which the students went to their respective classrooms to get their time-table, calendar and other details for the new academic year.
